Homework!- Week of March 9
Keep Track of Your Workouts in Your Journal to Show Melissa!
1.) Cardio- 3 times this week for 10 minutes. You can do:
*Jump roping
*Power Walk, Jog, Run
*Biking
*Or a mix of these!
You need to get your heart rate to Zone 2- this means that you are breathing heavier, but you can still talk
2.) Off Ice Jumps- 3 times this week
-30 Big Skips
-20 Bounds on Each Leg
-10 Click Waltz Jumps
-5 Big Axels
-10 Double Salchows
-10 Double Toes
3.) Strength Train- Do this 3 times this week
4.) Run Through Program Choreography on the Floor 2-3 times & Stretch out Gliding Maneuvers and Spin Positions on the Floor~ work on your emotional expression! Also, double check your Ilya video’s to ensure your patterns and choreo are what he gave you!
