Re-Scheduling Requests
Use this form to re-schedule up to four lessons from the month prior to the following month.
Requests are honored as first come, first served, and then the following things also have to be taken into consideration:
if there is space available in that time slot
if the skater adding in fits with the skaters already skating that time slot
if the coaching staff is available
Requests are only dealt with between the 25th through the last day of the month so only expect correspondence then.
Families who do not answer my emails in a timely fashion between the 25 through the last day of the month will not have their request accommodated.
Not Re-Scheduling~ for Tier 2 skaters not making up the training time is not recommended unless the ice time is genuinely not available, however, families should be looking at days off of school as a way to make-up for missed times so their skater is still skating enough to achieve their goals.
By the family not making up the training time, families understand/agree that their tuition will not be altered.
