Mondays- 6:00-6:45 am

  • 30 min or so on skating skill test

  • 15 minutes on spins

Tuesday & Thursdays 6:00-6:45 am

  • 20 min Jumps

  • 1 Run Through of Freeskate Test, plus review the footwork

  • 1 Run Through of Skating Skill Test

  • Extra time- work on specific things

Wednesdays & Fridays 6:00-7:30 am- with Melissa

  • 30-40 min Jump Technique for 1A, 2S, 2T, 2Lo

  • 20 min Freeskate program

  • 30 min Skating Skill test
